Cancellation Policy
At Scuba Total Cancun, we believe our cancellation policy is fair and straightforward.
Cancellation by Scuba Total Cancun:
Package Policy:

Missed Dives: If you miss any dives due to weather or other circumstances, we will reschedule with priority status. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll only be charged for the dives or activities you completed at regular prices, and the rest will be refunded.
Weather Policy:

Harbor Master Closures: When the Harbor Master closes the port for Ocean dives, due to weather conditions.

If you are a certified diver we can take you to the Cenote Diving instead, where the weather is always ideal.

If cenote diving isn't for you, we'll reschedule your dive or offer a 100% refund.
Uncontrollable Circumstances:
If we must cancel a tour due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, we'll reschedule with priority status. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a 100% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable).
Cancellation by You:

More than 2 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 2 days before check-in and can't reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable).

2 Days to 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel between 2 days and 24 hours before check-in, please contact us by phone to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a 50% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable).

Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, notify us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Unfortunately, there will be no refund.
No-Show and Early Departure:

No Arrival or Early Departure: If you don't arrive on time, don't fully participate, or cut the tour short due to personal reasons, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, we will do our best to make you comfortable and address any concerns you have.
