Guided by our experienced, PADI-certified instructors, you’ll learn the essentials of scuba in a safe, fun, and relaxed setting. 🌟 What You’ll Experience Classroom Session: Get a quick and easy introduction to scuba diving basics—covering safety, breathing techniques, and equipment use. Learn under the shade of our palapa or by the beautiful lagoon. Confined Water Practice: Practice key skills in a pool or calm shallow water (weather permitting) until you’re comfortable and confident. Two Open Water Dives: The highlight of your adventure! First, explore the world-famous MUSA Underwater Museum, then dive into the colorful Manchones Reef, teeming with marine life. 🐠 Why Choose DSD? Perfect for Beginners: No prior experience needed. A Taste of Certification: While this isn’t a full license, the skills you gain can be credited toward future PADI courses like the Scuba Diver or Open Water Diver certification. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation by You: More than 2 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 2 days before check-in and can't reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable). 2 Days to 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel between 2 days and 24 hours before check-in, please contact us by phone to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a 50% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable). Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, notify us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Unfortunately, there will be no refund. No-Show and Early Departure: No Arrival or Early Departure: If you don't arrive on time, don't fully participate, or cut the tour short due to personal reasons, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, we will do our best to make you comfortable and address any concerns you have. Weather Policy: Harbor Master Closures: When the Harbor Master closes the port due to weather conditions, we'll take certified divers to the cenotes instead, where the weather is always ideal. If cenote diving isn't for you, we'll reschedule your dive or offer a 100% refund. Cancellation by Scuba Total: Uncontrollable Circumstances: If we must cancel a tour due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, we'll reschedule with priority status.
