Here’s what’s waiting beneath the surface: 🌊 Outside Reef Diving (2-Tank Dive) Ideal for certified divers, these spectacular reefs—like La Iglesia, Punta Negra, and El Tunel—are located about 40 minutes from the dock. With mild to strong currents, they offer thrilling encounters with rays, moray eels, turtles, nurse sharks, and vibrant tropical fish. Often paired with wreck dives, these reefs are a favorite for adventure seekers. Depth: 50–60 ft Water Temp: 75–77°F (winter), 80–82°F (summer) Current: Mild to strong 🐠 Inside Bay Reefs Diving Perfect for an easy, relaxing dive, Chitales and Manchones Reefs are shallow and full of life. With calm waters, no current, and great visibility, these reefs are ideal for spotting colorful fish, healthy corals, and sea turtles grazing on seagrass beds. Depth: 28–35 ft Water Temp: 75–77°F (winter), 80–82°F (summer) Current: None to very mild 🗿 MUSA – The Underwater Museum of Art One of Cancun’s most iconic dive sites, MUSA (Museo Subacuatico de Arte) features over 400 life-size sculptures by artist Jason deCaires Taylor. This extraordinary artificial reef is designed to encourage coral growth and marine life, making it both a conservation project and an awe-inspiring dive. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY Cancellation by You: More than 2 Days Before Check-In: If you cancel more than 2 days before check-in and can't reschedule, you'll receive a 100% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable). 2 Days to 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel between 2 days and 24 hours before check-in, please contact us by phone to discuss rescheduling. If rescheduling isn't possible, you'll receive a 50% refund (less PayPal fees if applicable). Less than 24 Hours Before Check-In: If you cancel less than 24 hours before check-in, notify us by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Unfortunately, there will be no refund. No-Show and Early Departure: No Arrival or Early Departure: If you don't arrive on time, don't fully participate, or cut the tour short due to personal reasons, we won't be able to offer a refund. However, we will do our best to make you comfortable and address any concerns you have. Weather Policy: Harbor Master Closures: When the Harbor Master closes the port due to weather conditions, we'll take certified divers to the cenotes instead, where the weather is always ideal. If cenote diving isn't for you, we'll reschedule your dive or offer a 100% refund. Cancellation by Scuba Total: Uncontrollable Circumstances: If we must cancel a tour due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances, we'll reschedule with priority status.
